Essay

This work is based on data of examination chronic heart failure patients with left ventricular systolic dysfunction. Diagnostic and prognostic role of peripheral blood flow (PBF), structural changes of a vascular wall and flow-mediated vasodilatation (FMV) parameters were studied. The positive effects of carvedilol on PBF and FMV have been shown. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions.
