Loviyak O. Compensation of damage caused to a citizen by officers of internal affairs agencies of Ukraine.

Dissertation is devoted to a complex research of non-contract relations for damages caused by officers of internal affairs agencies and determination of directions of their legal basis. Dissertation deals with elements, causes of arising and legal nature of the relations concerning compensation for damage caused by the officers of internal affairs agencies and research of the base of their occurrence and cases of legal damages done. Essential theoretical conclusions and suggestions as to improvement of legislation are made on the basis of analysis of peculiarities of relations of compensation for damages caused by officers of internal affairs agencies.
