In the dissertation is accomplished the complex development of the theory of constitutional-lawful status of government, the lawful regulation of its activity in the forein countries; lawful nature of executive power is established and it is determined place in its realization;the concept of constitutional status of government is formulated and its basic elements are investigated; factors are revealed, which influence constitutional status of government in the foreign countries; is analyzed of forms and directions of the interrelations of governtment with the parliament and the head of the state; the order of formation and curtailment of the activity of government is illuminated; the composition of government is analyzed, role and value of its components in the realization of government activity;the authorities of government are investigated and the trends of development of government scope are revealed.
