The dissertation is devoted to the problem of establishment of the role of protheolytic enzymes and their inhibitors, antioxidant enzymes and endogenous intoxication level in development of disorders in rats during ionizing irradiation ac-tion and also to experimental basement of pathogenetic approaches to their non-medicinal correction. The researches are based on analysis of results of experi-ments performed on white rats. It is established, that ionizing radiation causes in animals imbalance of proteolytic and antioxidant activity, increase of intoxication level in blood serum, bronchoalveolar lavage, small intestine and brain tissue. Protective action of height frequency electromagnetic fields decreases tripsin activity and intoxication level and increases protease inhibitor activity
