Essay

The disertation is dedicated to the diagnostics and surgical treatment of bowel adhesions disease, using convectional and mimiinvasion technologies, of 165 patients with bowel adhesions disease and 58 patients on suspicion of this disease, including 115 (57,29%) women and 85 (42,71%) men, of age 15-79, at the average 38,15 years. The aim is to better the results of complex treatment of the patients with bovel adhesions disease, by working out the indications for the laparoscopic monitory, to study the role of system inflammatory reaction and immune changes in pathogenesis of adhesions formation. Main principles in diagnostics of bowel adhesion disease were formed. The role of laparoscopy in diagnostics and treatment of the disease and the changes of inflammatory markers, when surgical treatment of bowel adhesion disease was used, were studied. Clinical approbation of dynamic laparoscopic adhesiolysis was processed and put into practice. This method allowes to liquidate intraabdominal adhesions in 85,7%with the relapse of the disease in futher period in 6,3% patients.
