Essay

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of treatment results of patients with soft tissues purulent wounds and patients with diabetes mellitus, which have neuropathy – infected form diabetic food by the local application of probiotics A-bacterinum. The theoretical basis and new decision of scientific task – improvement of surgical treatment results of soft tissues purulent processes and surgical complications of diabetes mellitus are presented. The forms of diabetic foot, clinical findings, morfologic, cytologic and microbiologic data were taken into consideration. It was compared the efficiency of “Dioxidin” and A-bacterinum clinical use. Study of clinical effects of the proposed method of treatment of 60 patients with purulent woods of spft tissues and 60 patients with neuropathy – infected form of diabetic food by the A-bacterinum local application showed its high efficiency and grounded necessity of its use.
