Essay

Thesis is devoted to the content's analysis, essence of permitting activity directed on entrepreneurship determination and peculiarities of its administrative and legal regulation. To realize this the notion of permitting activity is formulated and principles of this activity are determined. Conclusion that definite sphere of entrepreneurship activity can be a subject of administrative and legal regulation, when it is not being realized in the spheres which can threaten to the national security is grounded.
