Dissertation investigates the potential possibilities of behavioral, intellectual, inner regulation that spiritual and ethical values could have in the environment of globalization. The work contains analysis of the process of growing influence that universal principles achieved. These fundamentals realize the spiritual orientation as well as norm regulative functions. Destroying of traditional norms, accomplishing in the form of destructive anomy as well as in the form of creating conditions for growing influence of "new norms". These norms should be connected with procedures of public communication as for basic values and implementation of these values through social institutes in individuals' minds as practical, viable ethic. In the process of assessment the author establish the idea that in the environment of globalization the traditional values (religious and non-religious ideals) still have the priority in comparison with conventional moral and natural morality.
