Dissertation research is devoted to determination of essence of the phenomenological theorizing in sociology of the Internet. Genesis of social sense of the phenomenon of the Internet is examined in work. The complex analysis of concept of "virtual" is carried out and its influence on further development of sociological theoretical idea is defined.
