Essay

Dissertation is devoted to perfection of the much-transitional punching modes by wringing, drawing and rotary drawing of austenitic stainless steel. The influence of technological parameters of sheet punching processes on deformation capacity and properties of wares is defined. Forming of storages from the steel 12X18H10T was experimentally investigated. Separately, capacities of maximum form changing of storage by wringing in conical matrices are examined. Change of the structure as well as physical and mechanical properties of steel is studied. The influence of tensely - deformed state of storages on their deformation capacity, structure forming and steel properties is theoretically analyzed. An improved technology of cold punching for austenitic stainless steel and a planning method of technological processes of austenitic stainless steel punching are offered. It enlarges the border of storages' forming with simultaneous achievement of high level of physical and mechanical properties of the got wares.
