Essay

The dissertation is devoted to stabilization problems of dynamical systems, which have no classical stabilizing control. Impulsive controllability and stabilization problems for continuous dynamical systems are stated, notions of the impulse order, degree and form are introduced. A theorem on embedding the class of impulsive controllable systems into the class of approximately controllable systems is proved. An impulsive stabilization problem for nonholonomic systems is considered and solved for several examples.
