Raksha N. Administrative law providing of right for citizens to educations

Dissertation is devoted to the analysis of questions of the administrative law providing of right for citizens on education. Essence and system of administrative law providing measures of providing of right is certain to education: problems of implementation of the international-law norms in relation to a human right on education in the law system of Ukraine. A concept is found out, principles and system of education in Ukraine, the administrative law status of organs of management by education is certain, it’s forms and methods, and also features of management by educational establishments of the system of MIA and ways of it’s improvement. The administrative-forced measures of warning and stopping of violations of right for citizens are described on education; essence, features, legal frameworks, grounds and procedures of administrative responsibility in the field of providing of right for citizens on education. Directions of improvement of administrative legislation in the field of providing of rightfor citizens on education are determined, suggestions are formulated in relation to bringing of amendments and supplements to the row of normatively-law acts of Ukraine.
