Scientific work is devoted to decrease in frequency perinatal pathology at women with a chronic pathology of a liver and biliary ways on the basis of studying clinical-functional, endocrinological and microbiological features, and also improvement of a technique of correction of placentary insufficiency. The role of chronic diseases of a liver and biliary ways in genesise developments of placentary insufficiency is established depending on changes of biochemical parameters, the maintenance of the basic hormones and the microbiological status. Features of frequency, structure and terms of development of infringements in system mother - placenta-born at women with a chronic pathology of a liver and biliary ways are investigated. The technique of correction of placentary insufficiency at women with a chronic pathology of a liver and biliary ways is advanced on the basis of use patogenetice the directed medicamentous correction.
