Essay

Set out in the dissertation are the results of complex diagnostics and treatment of 122 patients with post-traumatic cerebral venous pathology. Showed were theoretical and practical foundations, studied were specific features of the pathogenesis of the three forms of a single process of cerebral venous pathology: venous dystonia with functional abnormalities and venous encephalopathy with morphological brain abnormalities. Proposed were new ways of treatment for this category of patients by a complex therapy using magnetophoresis with 10% bromide solution, which dramatically improves arterial and venous cerebral circulation and indicators of cardio-respiratory systems. Developed were the principles of scientifically substantiated establishment of labour prognosis, of physical ability to work, and the classification of tentative conclusions of a medical and labour examination commission.
