Vereshak O. Differential application of hirudotherapy in complex treatment of alcohol and opium addiction

The dissertation is based after the analysis of inspection 255 patients in the remote period of a mild craniocerebral trauma young and middle-aged. As a result of research of structural infringements in substance and environments of a brain through a computer tomography or magnetically-resonant tomography and eсhoentsefalosсopy fixed, that at the patients young and middle-aged hydrocephalus takes place more often internal and mixed, however at the patients middle-aged it meets much more often and it is more expressed, than at the young patients. The vascular infringements at the surveyed patients were diagnosed with use dopplerography and rheoencephalography. The carried out researches have shown, that at the patients of middle-aged have drop of average blood rate, rising of circular resistance of vessels of a brain, difficulty of venous outflow from a cavity of a skull middle-aged takes place. At the patients of young age only in infrequent cases some difficulty of venous outflow from a cavity of a skull was observed. The research of bioelectric activity of a brain was investigated about the help of an electroencephalography. At the patients of young age a parameter EEG of researches were very infrequent and a little bit expressed. The patients middle-aged did not have normal parameters a EEG probably, in a consequence of failure of gemodynamics and hypoxia of a brain. At these patients also it were marked basically of general brain change, but they were more expressed, than at the patients of young age. The research of a condition has shown some of cognetive functions with use of experimental - psychological assays in the basic infringement of memory and attention mainly at the persons middle-aged. In view of the carried out researches have developed patogenetic mechanisms and differential treatment of the surveyed patients, that raises its efficiency.
