Klyots Y. Methods and means of non-dictionary digital systems testing

This thesis is devoted to a solution of the topical scientific and technical problem - increase of efficiency of digital systems testing. In a course of a research the defects and complexities of application of known methods of testing were re-vealed. The new approach of testing of digital devices and systems is offered which allows to refuse preliminary drawing up of the dictionaries. The procedures of digital systems testing was advanced at the expense of the account of a degree of suspicion of components of a tested system. The two stage method of non diction-ary testing was developed which allows to increase efficiency of digital systems testing at the expense of failure of preliminary construction of the dictionaries of malfunctions.
