Rohovenko D. The legal status of the Accounting cahmber of Ukraine

The thesis contains a complex research of the legal status of the Accounting chamber of Ukraine as a body of the state financial control of Ukraine. Candidate for the degree researches the problems devoted to the tasks, functions and powers of the Accounting chamber, the principles of its organization and functioning, the problems of the legal regulation of its status. The author analyzes the works of the theorists of law and domestic and foreign legal acts. The author proposes to improve some rules of the legislation with the purpose of increase of efficiency of activity of Accounting chamber. Candidate for the degree marks that the Accounting chamber can't be considered as a supreme audit institution by the moment. At the same time author offers the reforming of the legal status of this body.
