Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to studying of the individual acid-inhibiting influence of H+ , K+ , ATP-ase blockers in peptic pyloroduodenal diseases (PPDD) according to gastro-pH-monitoring data. The criteria of initial administration have been substantiated. Also it was proved that according to gastro-pH-monitoring data in patients with PPDD the presence of norm-hyperacidity (pH 0,9-2,2 un.) depends on neither morph-endoscopic phase (scar-ulcerative deformation, erosive-ulcerative damage) nor the condition of H.p.-contamination (H.p.-positive, H.p.-negative patients), although it has some gender-age features (increasing of HCl acid secretion in women and its' decreasing in persons of 50 years and older ). Acid-inhibiting influence of omeprasole, lansoprasole and pantoprasole has been studied considering patients' individual reactions at start of pharmacotherapy (first 5 hours), at first day of administration and in the course of treatment (first week). It was proved that insufficiency of the individual acid-inhibiting influence according to gastro-pH-monitoring data in patients with PPDD is a universal regularity, according to which the value of this index varies in broad range (50% and more). It increases in oral administration as against intravenous one, as well as at the start and at first day of treatment and then decreases in the course of treatment.
