The dissertation is devoted to the deformation of non-uniformity change laws in the disk-shape metal parts during forging. Use of the received laws allowed to develop the technology schema of disk-shape metal parts with increased deformability forging technological parameters on non-uniformity of grain size in disk-shape metal parts is investigated .On the basis of the carried out research and the received dependencies the new technological schema of disk-shape metal parts with increased deformability is offered. Changing of suggested technology parameters allows to receive disk-shape forgings with the certain level of deformability. Results of the dissertation are used at the joint-stock company "Novokramatorsk machine-building plant" and at SSPE "Techoprom". The results are recommended for use at "Pivdenmash".
