The thesis is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of legal regulation issues regarding business contract conclusion and performance as well as the results of their beach or undue performance. The general concept of a contract, including business contract, its main distinctions from civil and administrative contracts are covered in this thesis. Specific functions of business contracts are also considered herein. The general procedure of business contract formation as well as peculiarities of some particular types of business contracts conclusion procedures are dealt with in this paper. The principles and procedure of business contracts performance are considered in detail herein. The types of liability and kinds of operative-business sanctions following a breach or undue execution of business contracts are also analyzed.
