The dissertation is devoted to study of peculiarities of course of benign diseases of uterus and development of surgical menopause"s syndrome in patients with thyroid pathology. On the basis of complex clinical, hormonal, ultrasound and morphologic investigation it was shown the peculiarities of development of benign diseases of uterus depending on functional state of thyroid. It was devised and introduced in practice the methods of prophylaxis and correction of surgical menopause's syndrome in women with thyroid pathology.
