Gurova T. Improvement of the prophylactik measures and measures of the fight with syfunculatosis and bovicolozis of cattle-manuscript

The object of researches- syfunculatosis and bovicolozis of cattle, intension and extension these quantity, insecticide preparations, hematological picture before and after processing insecticide preparations. An-aim to elaborate scientifically-grounded measures of the fight with sifunculatosis and bovicolosis. Methods of research-parasitological, clinical, hematological, biochemical, toxicological, statistical Theoretical and practical results-was studied fauna of sucking lices and biting lices, their biological cycle of the development, epizootological statistics of sifunculatosis and bovicolosis. Scientific novelty- at first conducted the typical structure sucking lices and biting lices of cattle, established and generalized an information about spreading, season and age-dynamic sifunculatosis and bovicolosis. Іn vitro and іn vivo in comparing aspect was defined effection of incecticides (Biofly by Pur-on, brovermectine,butox,ectomine, neostomasan) concerning Haematopinus eurysternus, Linognathusvituli, Bovicola bovis; established optimum withdrawal period incecticides out of the organism of animal and influence on the quality of the milk of cows. On the base results of analysises in cattle-farms experiment improved measures of the fight with sifunculatosis and bovicolosis. The question of studing of the spreading sifunculatosis and bovicolosis of the cattle is actual for the agriculture in Ukraine. Degree of implantation- the results of analysises inculcated in cattle-farms of Sumy, Kharkiv and Donezk regions. The material of the dissertation was included into the studying plan and the working programme by the course of lections "Parazitology and quantical diseases of animals " for the students of the veterinary medicine department.
