Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the studying of chronic eczema pathogenesis and to the enhancement of treatment efficiency of patients with chronic eczema. Basing on the studying of day biorhythms of cortisol and insulin two types of organism reaction to the disease are revealed in patients with chronic eczema which were displayed with blood cortisol concentration increase in most of patients in the morning as well as decrease of this hormone concentration in some patients all day long. Hormonal acrophase shift as well as increase or decrease of mesor and hormonal oscillation amplitude were determined in patients with chronic eczema. In most of patients the dermatosis is followed by cytokine disbalance. Close correlation determined between some clinical manifestations, cortisol and IL-1? concentrations emphasizes the role of endocrine and immune malfunctions in the course of chronic eczema. The usage of dalargin or melatonin and groprinosin in the treatment of patients with chronic eczema enhances efficiency of the therapy, allows to get positive results in 92,8 % of patients, to shorten the terms of treatment in 1,6 times, to reduce quantity of relapses in 3,0 times and to normalize hormonal biorhythms as well as adaptation conditions.
