The dissertation is dedicated to analysis of socio-psychological prerequisites of development of organizational culture of an industrial enterprise. The work contains theoretical substantiation, methods, and findings of an empirical research of the problem in question. The investigation has revealed the substance of organizational culture of an industrial enterprise. The investigation has found low level of attractiveness of organizational culture as a whole and of some of its elements. The industrial workers have been grouped according to attractiveness of certain elements of organizational culture to them. The author has identified key psychological determinants of organizational culture of an industrial enterprise. The author presents a specially designed industrial enterprise heads' socio-psychological training in organizational culture management as well as gives the results of its trial application.
