Buchyn M. Resources of an Electoral Campaign and Peculiarities of their Using in Ukraine.

The dissertation deals with a complex analysis of the resources of electoral campaign. The main models and strategies of using the resources of an electoral campaign are analyzed. Special attention has been paid to the research of such an undemocratic phenomenon of the electoral practice of Ukraine as the administrative resource. Main principles and peculiarities of this phenomenon are revealed, a complex typology of the administrative resource is made, main political results of its using at an election are elucidated in the work. This dissertation also contains some practical recommendations of neutralization of the administrative resource. This work presents an analysis of legal aspects of using the administrative resource and shows the evolution of using the administrative lever of influence during electoral campaigns in Ukraine.
