The thesis is devoted to the study of the regularities of exogenous and endogenous synthesis of N-nitrosamines (NA) in a field and experimental conditions from its nitrogen containing precursors. The quantitative parameters of the NA migration from soil into the plants and criterions of the assessment of carcinogenic danger were determined. The detailed characteristic of the environmental contamination with the carcinogenic NA and their precursors in various regions of Ukraine was elaborated.
