Essay

On the base of the finite elements method obtained the further development of mathematical models for cold deforming processes of complex shape blanks and the subsequent drawing details with variable walls thickness and the bottom from them. Parameters of loading regimes and the stress-strain state (SSS) are determined in drawing processes of details with variable walls thickness and the bottom from profiled blanks by methods of a numerical analysis. On the base of theoretical analysis was revealed the effect of the punch radius on uncontrollable stretching at a drawing of details with variable walls thickness and the bottom. It allowed to consider this stretching and to correct a profiled blank for the further drawing. Also, for the first time, loading regimes and the SSS was determined at drawing processes with a simultaneous compressing of the blank by surface of the punch with cylindrical or conic shape. Recommendations on improvement of geometry of the complex shape blanks are developed. On the base of mathematical models are developed CAD for calculations parameters of technological processes of roll forming of blanks; drawing operations; stretching details of the necessary shape and properties of the deformed metal.
