The object is process of lot cargoes delivery with the use of distribution centers. The aim is expenditures reduction of lot cargoes delivery with the use of distribution centers when meeting total customer's demands in the terms of volume and time. The methods are systems analysis, operations research, theory of probability and mathematical statistics, regression analysis. The new approach lies in evaluation of the optimal distribution centers quantity in lot cargoes delivery system on minimal cost price of one ton cargo with its minimization at transportation cycles on all links of the logistic chain. The results are regression dependences and developed method. The results have been applied in automobile transport and industrial enterprises. The field is automobile cargo delivery.
