Lyalyuk O. Bases of organization and activity of local councils in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to research of the bases of organization and activity of local councils, their essence, establishment of a place in system of elements of state construction and local self-government, revealing system, criteria of classification, study of level of a legal regulation, and also decision of modern problems of institute of bases. At a theoretical level the important patterns of the further development of bases of organization and activity of local councils are developed, the package approach to their reforming is offered. In the dissertation the conceptual provisions are formulated, the new offers and conclusions on researched questions are proved.
