Object-penetrating esophageal injuries and their complications; the purpose - to improve direct results of surgical treatment of patients with penetrating esophageal injuries and their complications; methods - clinic and laboratory, radial, endoscopic, morphohistological, statistical; the novelty - there was created the conception of well-grounded etiopathogenetic surgical tactics which is based on estimation of the results of examination from the positions of evidential medicine and individual approach to a choice of a treatment mode. The application of the developed medical and diagnostic algorithm allowed to reduce lethality in 2,9 times;Introduced - in medical practice, in educational process; branch - medicine.
