Particular qualities of pregnancy, childbirth were studied in women with sexually transmitted urogenital infections. Study included examination of the sate of fetoplacental complex with the analysis of changes in quantitative and qualitative composition of fibre chorion of placenta. It was revealed that there is a dependence between treatment regimen, state of local immunity, development of fetoplacental insufficiency, changes in quantitative and qualitative composition of phospholipids, changes in plasmatic membranes permeability of fibre chorion epitheliocytes and morphologic changes in placenta. Prophylaxis system of obstetrical and postnatal complications, principles of treatment of expectant mothers with urogenital infections were developed and approbated in clinic. With the usage of suggested methods depletion in obstetrical and postnatal pathology frequency was achieved.
