The dissertation is devoted to studying of clinical, pathogenetic and therapeutic features of course of essential hypertension with concomitant osteoarthritis and reception of non- steroid anti-inflammatory drugs that is shown by infringements of renal hemodynamics, a daily rhythm of blood pressure and reduced antihypertensive efficacy of enalapril in patients with endothelial disfunction and decreased synthesis of nitric oxide. Combined therapy by enalapril and nebivolol prevents these deviations due to correcrion of decreased synthesis of nitric oxide with inhibition of renin-angiotensin and sympathetic nerves system activity.
