Lisovskyi Y. Clinical and instrumental diagnostics and treatment of cerebrovascular disorders caused by pathological curves, hypo- and aplasia precerebral arteries within congenital weakness of connective tissue in children

The dissertation is devoted to an actual problem of diagnostics and treatment of cerebrovascular disorders caused by congenital weakness of the connective tissue in children. On the basis of results of dissertation work are expanded the notions of pathogenesis, clinic and diagnostics of neurologic disorders in children with congenital weakness of connective tissue, pathogenetic value of pathological curves, hypo- and aplasia of the main vessels of a brain in development of cerebral disfunction and vascular infringements in children are shown. Diagnostics of neurological disorders in children with congenital weakness of the connective tissue is based on the features of clinical course in a combination with somatic and phenotypic and laboratory integuments of congenital weakness of the connective tissue. Pathogenetic therapy of children with congenital weakness of the connective tissue and connected with it cerebral dysfunctions and vascular infringements is purposed diet and the medicamentous therapy directed on stimulation of syntesis of collagen and correction of metabolic infringements (L-carnitin, Elcar), and also carrying out the therapy directed on improvement of a cerebral blood-groove (Tiоcetam, Phezam) with following specific therapy (Noophen, Diacarb, Escusan, Adaptol) and special gymnastics.
