The thesis is dedicated to the problem of formation of the individual style of the professional-pedagogical intercourse of the future teachers in the high agrarian school. Reflected the main trends and approaches of individual styles studying of pedagogical inter course in Native and foreign science. Made differentiation and determined concept of individual style of the professional-pedagogical intercourse of the future teachers. Determined main criteria, indicators and reasons of readiness of individual style of the professional-pedagogical intercourse of the future agrarian teachers. It is proves, that readiness of individual style of the professional-pedagogical intercourse of the future teachers of higher agricultural educational establishment depends on reasons of mezzo- and microlevels of intercourse in agricultural establishment. Discoveres style peculiarities of professional pedagogical intercourse of future agrarian teachers. Experimentally checked the author's program of formation of productive and correction of inadequate professional-pedagogical intercourse's styles. According to the investigation's materials prepared methodical recommendations for students and scientific-pedagogical workers of higher agricultural educational establishments of II-IV level of accreditation.
