Object - the cognitive sphere of personality of athletes of student's age; purpose - teoretic-empirical definition of cognitive factors which are representing itself as a resource of stress-resistance increase of skilled athletes of student's age; methods - analysis of literature data, interview , psychodiagnostic methods, questionnaire, methods of psychological training, mathematical statistics; novelty - for the first time it is offered the structure of cognitive resource of athletes of student's age and it is studied its making components; results - methodical receptions of activization a cognitive resource of athletes of student's age are developed, it is recommended to application during psychological support of sports-pedagogical activity, and also in teaching and educational process of high schools physical culture profile.
