Essay

Object of research - first diagnosed combined pulmonary and renal tuberculosis. Goal - to increase the efficiency of diagnosis and to reveal the peculiarities of the course of combined pulmonary and renal tuberculosis. Methods of investigation - clinical, roengenological, microbiological, immuno-logical, biochemical. Results - infiltrative, fibrous-cavernous and disseminated forms of pulmonary tuberculosis were diagnosed in the cases of combined pulmonary and renal tuberculous affection. Simultaneous parenchymal form of renal tuberculosis was in 8,6 times more frequent than cavitary and in 5,5 times - than fibrous-cavernous one. 35,7 % of patients had fibrous-cavernous pulmonary and renal tuberculosis. General clinical, roengentomographycal, roentgencontrast, ultrasound and laboratory investigations were helpful in verification of combined pulmonary and renal tuberculosis in 67,1 % of all patients. Use of complex of immunological investigations increased the efficiency of diagnosis of combined pulmonary and renal tuberculosis on 13,3 %. Double detection of immunological indices and termography before and after Koch test with 2 TU of PPD-L increased diagnostic information of these methods on 24,9 %. Complex of clinical, roentgenological and biochemical investigations was informative in 87,5 % of the cases. Algorithm of the stages of medical tactics introduced in diagnosis, increase the efficacy of verification of combined pulmonary and renal tuberculosis on 27,0 %. Area of application - phthisiology.
