Shcherbyna R. Development of methods of the organization of forwarding servise of railways

The dissertation is devoted to problems of improving of forwarding service for railways organization in transport market conditions due to developing and application various arrangements.The dependences for demand’s, income’s and profit’s size forecast, which are based on maximum possible transporting demand, were received in this work. The principles of transport market segments estimate was developed, index “chances on market”, that estimate based on demand of transporting forecast probability, was proposed. The economic expedient sphere of activity of concrete transport service organization was established, advisability was proved and concentrating of commercial and weight work on railways in present-day time order was created. The effectiveness of complex electronic data exchange system inculcation in transporting process on South railway range was shown.
