Shchegoleva Tatiana L. Formation of the professional culture of the future border-guard officers while studying humanitarian disciplines

The dissertation research is dedicated to formation of the professional culture of future border-guard officers on the example of humanitarian disciplines which are represented by a foreign language (English), pedagogy, psychology, history and law disciplines. The model of formation of the professional culture has been theoretically substantiated and experimentally verified and it includes: purpose, principles, content, forms and methods of teaching, teaching facilities, psycho-pedagogical conditions, components (motivative, cognitive, reflective) levels of formation of the professional culture (high, middle, low), result. A model is active on the base of psycho-pedagogical conditions (development of cognitive interest, activity, independence in educational activity; stimulation of mechanisms of self-perfection in the process of teaching; usage of cultural educational potential of foreign language). The results of researches showed the positive dynamics of formation of the professional culture, motivation and independent educational cognitive activity.
