Ulich V. Pedagogical Conditions of Future Officers’ Readiness Formation for Management Activity

This thesis deals with the problem of future officers’ readiness formation for management activity. Cadet’s readiness for management activity is a complex, stable personal formation which expresses specialist’s striving for carrying out duties successfully on personnel and unit management in the whole on the basis of current professional knowledge, skills and professional attitude and personal qualities. The theoretically worked out model of readiness formation for cadet’s management activity at the higher military establishments includes: professional, behavioral and moral-psychological blocks. Readiness formation for management activity depends on the totality of the pedagogical conditions (special organization for teaching and upbringing process of future officer; applying the theoretical model of management skills formation; account of the role of objective and subjective factors for this process; realization of future officers’ involvement into the future activity training system). The model of readiness formation is connected with the pedagogical conditions.
