The subject of the investigation is as follows: the system individual work with young animals of Thoroughbred breed in growth period, the influense of technological factors on training of foals, influence of fostering on general condition and workability of young animals. The object of the investigation is as the young animals of Thoroughbred breed in growth period and hippodrome tests. The methods of the investigation. Conventional methods were utilized by the research execution. They are as follows: measurement, timing, chemical analysis, calculations, accountancy data, mathematical methods. Scientific innovation. The passibility and necessaty of system use of elements of fostering of foals were graunded scientificaiiy in the work, the positive influence of system approach to fostering of foals to develop usefull conditional reflex. First the influence of system fostering on behavior of young animals after wearning was stadied. Operational charts of work day of the service personell were worked out.Practical implementation. The quality of preparation of young animals for further use during raising period was improved. Implementation of system fostering of young animals alloued to increase amount of award-prise incomes by 24,1 % on average per 1 head.
