. Object of investigation: processes, which determined efficiency of fiber harness illuminating systems of medical fiberscope. Objective: the scientific motivation of the technical development LED lighting systems fibre for otorynolaryngological, which are of great importance for reliable diagnostics ear-larynx-nose, with provision for desksides of the cavities, its sizes, and lighting characteristic of organ. Methods of investigation: use differential and integral calculus at analysis of the optical processes and features, fotometric methods studies, spectral analysis, and complex use package computer programs at modeling and development of the methods of the estimation quality scenes. Have been developed: the methods of the calculation to minimization level to luminosity on the base complex lighting calculation with provision for factor of reflections and improvements parameter lighting systems medical endoscope. Have been applied: the new construction of fibre light dfvice for endoscope with ledthatallows greatly to raise efficiency of the use endoscope at diagnostics and treatment organ ear, larynx, nose. Area of application: lighttechnic production, production medical instrument, clinical practice.
