Essay

Intensive development of LED lighting aims to improve the energy efficiency of LED light sources and also gives impetus to the further development of photometry and colorimetry of LED lamps. In the thesis on the basis of theoretical and experimental studies actual scientific and practical problems of increase of accuracy of measurements of characteristics of light sources of radiation and light environment are solved. These were reached thanks to creation of new and improvement of existing methods of measurement of photometric characteristics of LED lighting devices. The thesis is devoted to development of new methods of measurement of photometric characteristics of LED lamps, calculation of photometric characteristics at mesopic levels of illumination, calculation of new color metrics.
