Essay

The subject of study: desorption process of a volatile components from liquid waste products of the chemical en-terprises. The purpose of research: desorption of a volatile components intensification from the chemical enterprises liquid waste in the instant boiling apparatuses. Methods of research: physical and mathematical modeling, statistical processing of experimental data. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: the model of formation of a barbotage layer in the boiling liquid and dynamics of gas bubble was created; research of a desorption process at a vacuum-pulse mode with an establishment of adequacy of the developed models and definition of the most rational parameters of process was performed; the type of the device, a design procedure was chosen and calculation of parameters of the device was carried out. Deployment: it is transferred for de-ployment to the enterprise "Chernovtsylegmash". Application domain: chemical industry, education.
