Shuba V. Administrative-legal relations in bodies of the Office of Public Prosecutor's activity: general theoretical aspects.

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical problems of administrative-legal relations in activity of bodies of the Office of Public Prosecutor of Ukraine. Essence, structure and features of legal relations display arising in the Office of Public Prosecutor's activity are investigated. The place and the role of the Office of Public Prosecutor in the system of power of Ukraine are considered. The conclusion about an opportunity to attribute the Office of Public Prosecutor's power up to an independent branch of power is made. The concept of administrative-legal relations of bodies of Office of Public Prosecutor's activity is formulated, their classification is made, the differentiation of the specified relations from relations regulated by other branches of law is made. Features of legal facts displays in internal-organizational and external activity of The Office of Public Prosecutor are revealed. Features of administrative-legal regulation of functioning of the Office of Public Prosecutor are analyzed and suggestions for improving them are developed.
