Essay

A structure and special properties of the social-technical system (STS), as organizations, is probed in dissertation. The organizational structure of scientific organization is built as a net. The analytic’s graphic models of the resource’s flow-distribution are created in STS and its subsystems. Resource streams are analytically described. Utillizing, system geometrical presentation of STS and its subsystems is certain general structure of STS. Graphic interpretation of task of the resource’s flow-distribution is evidently represented In accordance with a geometrical analysis and research of the system, its subsystems and resource streams the basic modes of functioning of STS are certain in time and space. Conducted, complex by-graphic analysis of the system of «RANOK» and environment of MATLAB facilities Basic recommendations of development of STS are developed „Applied geometry” is in time and space. Universality of the developed models is practically proved by introductions them in organizations ofdifferent industries of national economy.
