The work described in this thesis was dedicated to optimization of in vitro methods with the aid to increase their efficiency for reception resistant to powdery mealydew forms of spring barley (H. vulgare L.). Morphogenic features in anther culture of resistant to powdery mealydew varieties and hybrids were investigated. A perspective of variety Odessky 100 as a source with high haploproduction perfomance which increases the efficiency of homozygous lines production from hybrids of spring barley was shown. The possibility of spring barley regenerants production with the high level of resistance to powdery mealydew was revealed at cultivation unripe embryos in vitro on nutrient medium MS with 2,4-D (5 mg/l) and АBA (2 mg/l). The positive correlation r=0,82 between the callus regeneration level and resistance of lines to powdery mealydew was established. The estimation of all received regenerants to powdery mealydew resistance, has allowed to reveal 23 genotypes with high level of resistance. The given forms were transferred to a department of barley selection SGI.
