The object - patients with primary hyperparathyroidism, the goal – to improve results of treatment of patients with PHPT; methods – retrospective study of history cases, clinical examination, laboratory tests, instrumental examinations, statistical methods; the new – were studied PHPT clinical features, was showed efficiency of localization examinations; the results - improvement of early PHPT diagnosis, preoperative differentiation of parathyroid tumors, diagnostic program worked out; introduced in practice of medical-diagnostic establishments and in educational process; the field – surgery.
