Essay

Perfection of technology of the secondary polymeric materials processingand production of the new high-quality wares from the waste of domestic and industrial origin by the combined extrusion and development of calculation procedure of differential pressure and polymer flow velocity in flow channels of coextrusion die. It is developed the functional scheme of four-layer coextrusion die and mathematical model of production process of multi-layer structure. It is analyzed the influence of flow temperature and productivity on differential pressure in channels of die, influence of forming gap on an equitability of melt in flow channel and differential pressure. The developed construction of die is applied in industry.
