Kisel V. Military units as civil legal subjects

The dissertation is for obtaining the scientific degree of Candidate of Judicial Sciences on specialty 12.00.03 - civil law and civil process; family law; international private law. - SRI of private law and entrepreneurship of the Ukraine Legal Sciences Academy. - Kiev, 2007. The complex analysis of military unit's legal status as civil law subjects has been carried out. Objective necessity of military units participation in civil relations in connection with there realization necessity of properties and personal rights and duties decisions' making self-sufficiency actualization in questions related to the everyday necessities decentralized providing have been substantiated. The fact is proved that all remarkable features necessary for military units are inherent to their obtaining official status. It is set that the form by which military units can take part in civil legal relations is budgetary establishment form. With the purpose of analysis of military units participation in civil legal the notionand essence of their civil status, basic forms of its realization in civil legal relations the notion and essence of their legal relationships and obligations, order and terms of civil responsibility have been researched.
