Essay

Thesis is devoted to zopiclone chemical-toxicological research. Sensible methods of zopiclone identification by specific complex of coloured reactions, UV-spectroscopy, HPLC and TLC, two test-systems – for esters and zopiclone specific identification, the methods of zopiclone and its «marker» – 2-amino-5-chloropyridine quantitative determination were developed. Individual method of zopiclone isolation from biological material was developed. Scheme of chemical-toxicological analysis of biological material for zopiclone and additions to general schemes of organic matters TLC-screening, which allow not to lose zopiclone during undirected research, were grounded.
